Behind Fidelia Care Solutions is a deeply personal dedication to elevating the standard of home-based care, rooted in a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and clinical excellence.
Our founder's journey in healthcare began in the United States Army, where serving as a medic instilled a deep sense of discipline, quick decision-making, and compassionate care under pressure. Carrying those values forward into civilian life, she expanded her experience through clinical practice--working as a certified nursing assistant, certified medical assistant, and phlebotomist--to truly understand patient needs from the ground up.
To bridge frontline clinical experience with high-level operational leadership, she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration. The rigorous academic pursuit ensures that Fidelia Care Solutions operates not only with profound empathy and heart, but also with top-tier organizational standards, safety, and efficiency.
